How It Works
Follow these steps to estimate your refractive error.
1. Calibrate
We need to know your screen size. You'll use a standard card (like a credit card) to calibrate the display.
2. Position
Hold your phone at arm's length (~40cm). Enable camera for accurate distance tracking, or use manual mode.
3. Test
Read the letters on the screen at various distances to determine your near point of clear vision.
This screening estimates myopia (nearsightedness) only. It cannot detect astigmatism, farsightedness, or eye diseases.
